I have been buying griddle for my coffee shop for 10 years, rowlett, buffalo, velox etc. This is the worst one i have ever used, no temprature dial just one to six, one to five being warm, six molten!Its only a few months old and the top cable has come loose, the plates do not fit together properly because there is not enough adjustment, then there is a round circle of carbon on the bottom plate which I am struggling to shift which shows how equally the heat spreads across the plates !I use four griddles at the moment mainly for breakfast items but use this one only as a last resort its so badWant a cheap griddle? Buffalo is a lot better, I have bought lincat products with success before and like to buy british but will not consider buying a lincat griddle again, I am not even sending it back because I would not want another one !
